Jason and his partner arrived as scheduled to do our install. Although the windows could not be done today, they installed the patio door. They were very efficient and completed the job quickly. The door is beautiful and the job they did exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them!!

This company is fantastic! This is the second time I had them replace windows at my home and the whole process was flawless. From Dallas getting me the best price possible, to Dave the installer doing a phenomenal job installing the 18 windows and 2 patio doors. When the job was complete, they cleaned up everything as if they were never there. if you're planning on replacing any windows or doors this is the company to use. What a great experience!

Desert King is a great way to go for new windows. I bought 10 new Aldin Del Mar windows and they already make a noticeable difference. Mauricio was a pleasure to work with for the purchase and Jesse and team did a great job on the install. The entire team is super professional and a pleasure to do business with. Overall I had a very good experience with Desert King Windows. Jose and his crew were very good. I did have to ask them to put something down on the bedroom carpet where they walked as it was new carpet and I didn't want anything tracked in. They did a very neat job cleaning up, especially inside the house. Jose answered all my questions and we did a final walk through to ensure things looked good. Other reviews talked about sales pressure and I certainly didn't feel that way at all. I felt their prices were fair. I have had the windows for almost a week now and I can certainly tell the difference with the dust. I am so happy I got them done.

I obtained a total of 5 window estimates. I already had 4 estimates and decided to get one more from Desert King Windows and I'm glad I did. Robert was great. He came in with a spirit of teaching and I found the education valuable. My window installation was recently completed and I am so happy with how it all turned out and just in time for summer. My overall experience with Desert King Windows was excellent for the most part! I say "for the most part" because I was getting all the windows on my house done and they had to come back a second time about a month apart because one of the windows was the wrong measurement. However, I understand things happen and at least they communicated well throughout the entire process. Definitely not enough of an issue to knock off a star or anything.

The installers that came the first time around did good overall and everything, but one of my blinds were slightly damaged (the mounting bracket on one of them and the cord knobs on a couple of the drawstrings were missing and I found pieces of one of them in my kitchen sink). A little annoying and an inconvenience, but not the end of the world. Also, I understand there's always a risk when the blinds are removed. I'm just grateful they were willing to do that because another window company I called before Desert King Windows wouldn't even remove the blinds.

Also, I would like to give a HUGE shout out to Mike and Cindy who were the installers that showed up the second time around to do the final window. They were phenomenal!

They made it as easy and straightforward for me as possible (I didn't have to move much of anything like my large computer desk near the window). They were very professional but also very outgoing too! I got to talking with them both (especially Cindy) and it helped the time fly. My cats even approached her and let her pet them, which they don't always do with a lot of strangers. They were just really nice people!

Finally, I'm loving my new windows and the two sliding glass patio doors from Desert King windows! They look really nice, they help block out a lot of the annoying sounds coming from outside, and I can already tell they're going to help save on energy costs over the years. I highly recommend them!

Desert King Windows recently replaced all 11 windows in our home. Including five glass block windows with Anlin Del Mar windows. To say we are pleased with the result is an understatement. The Anlin Windows are "Top Notch", but excellent products are nothing without professional installers. In particular I want to recognize the install crew (Derrick, James, and Juan). They were very respectful of our property and professional in every way. From my experience Desert King Windows is highly recommended.

The installation went as great as possible. The crew was very respectful, professional, on time, and cleaned up very thoroughly! They even took the time to tell us they noticed a swarm of bees at our neighbor's house so we could let them know about it. I would very highly recommend Desert King.

Very happy we chose Desert King to replace our old 1996 windows! They don’t even ask for a dime up front! We were fortunate and happy to meet Cindy & Mike who did all the work of replacing ten windows ! They did fantastic work by being very conscientious of their work and also covering and caring for both our inside & outside belongings! By the time they left (2 days) they felt like one of the family!

I recently had Desert King Windows in to replace 3 windows, a sliding glass door, front door, and install a new security screen. Installation went flawlessly and dare I say that Mike and Cindy left my home cleaner than when they showed up! They also put up with all of my questions along the way, which I appreciated. The windows, doors, and screen all look great and make it feel like a brand new house - such an upgrade! I plan to use Desert King Windows again when it's time to replace other windows in the future. (I had over 10 companies out while researching the best options and price and this company had everyone beat on both counts!)

Quality, quick and professional well done

Desert King Windows replaced all 17 windows in my house. The new double-pane argon gas filled windows filter out sunlight and external sounds. I requested quotes from 3 different companies, DKW gave me the most reasonable quote with similar or better quality windows. Consumer Reports ranks Simonton Windows, the company used by DKW, in the top 5.

Extremely great value. They look wonderful. The windows arrived and installation per scheduled and they had them all in and cleaned up in one day. I highly recommend.

Just had Desert King Windows installed in our 1972 Tempe townhome. Mike and Cindy did the installation and were very professional. Two windows needed interior trim installed along with the window. Trim looks great. Caulking around windows was smooth and uniform. Very happy with the result.

We recently had two new Desert King picture windows installed(replaced builders sliders that we never open) by Mike and Cindy Pearson, they did a fantastic job. They covered the floors and furniture in the rooms involved and cleaned up any dust during the process. They are very experienced and professional. I highly recommend asking for them. The windows are great too!
